You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. Ji96 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or telephone. Ji96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank Transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay-connected accounts. Payment method availability is subject to change. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and may be increased for higher VIP tier members. Limits are published in the ji96 account settings and payment section.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to ji96's AML compliance obligations. All funds deposited to ji96 must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held by family members or other individuals — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by ji96 are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms published with each individual promotion. Where there is a conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. Unclaimed and unused bonus credits expire within the period specified in each promotion's terms, which is typically 7 to 30 days from issuance. Ji96 does not extend bonus expiry dates except in documented exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.
All games offered on the ji96 platform that require random outcomes use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited by an independent third-party testing laboratory. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or game software fault that results in an incorrect game outcome, ji96 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account. If a game round is interrupted due to a disconnection or device failure on the player's side, the round result will be determined by the game server. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ji96 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement where applicable:

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ji96 shall not be liable for: indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform; loss of data, interruption of service, or errors in game outcomes resulting from technical issues beyond ji96's reasonable control; any losses arising from your failure to comply with account security obligations; or any losses or damages arising from compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements or applicable law.
Ji96's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the Real Money Balance held in the player's ji96 account at the time the claim arises.
Ji96 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: these Terms have been breached; fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct is suspected; required by PAGCOR or a Philippine law enforcement authority; or the account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
A player may request closure of their ji96 account at any time by contacting ji96 support. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and any active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real Money Balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
A suspended account may not place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Ji96 will notify the player of any account suspension via the registered email address. Disputes regarding account suspension may be submitted to ji96 support and escalated to PAGCOR where unresolved.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of the ji96 platform shall first be submitted to ji96's internal disputes resolution process via the support team. If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority. Legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines.
Ji96 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least 14 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance. Continued use of the ji96 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms should close their account before the effective date.
